How scheduling works
Pick the quantity
Session time is reserved in 30-minute blocks. Select your quantity according to the total duration of your session:
30 minutes Quantity 1
60 minutes Quantity 2
90 minutes Quantity 3
Each additional quantity equals 30 more minutes of shooting time.
2. Select your time
If you are booking a 30-minute session, simply click Select and continue.
For longer sessions, select your first time slot, then click Add Another Time until you’ve reached your final time block. Then select and continue.
Your session can be as long as you need, you are not limited to just one hour.
Please note: there is a maximum number of time slots available per day, so availability is limited.
3. Confirm Appointment
Fill out all required information to finalize your appointment.
Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details.
4. Waivers & Payment
All individuals who will be on the property — including photographer clients — must complete a liability waiver. This requirement is new for this year and applies to everyone attending a session.
Photographer’s Clients:
Photographers may direct their clients to complete the waiver prior to their session. The form can be found under the Liability Waiver tab on the website.
Photographers:
A separate Photographer Waiver & Liability Agreement is required and only needs to be signed once for the 2026 year. If you have not completed this yet, please reach out and I will send it to you.
Payment:
All session payments must be sent via Venmo to @KelseyMareeF.
